Uber AI Solutions is on an exciting journey to build one of the world’s largest AI-driven platforms. As part of the Moonshot AI team, you’ll be working on solving real-world challenges like optimizing gig marketplace supply and demand, enabling ML-assisted data annotations, developing quality evaluation systems, and creating smart ranking models to recommend gigs.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Design and build advanced ML models and systems.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to integrate AI solutions into Uber products.
• Stay on top of the latest developments in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and NLP.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.

• Excellent coding ability in Java or Go.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in ML/AI development.
• Experience in training large models on distributed systems is a big plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams.
• Passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
